This July, children ages 9 to 12 have the opportunity to participate in the Center for Puppetry Arts’ Puppet Camp, an immersive, week-long adventure that will allow students the opportunity to write, build, and perform their own world-premiere puppet shows. In addition, the young puppeteers will enjoy one of the Center’s Family Series puppet performances, take a specialized guided tour of the Center and the Center’s Museum exhibits, and gain inspiration and knowledge from experienced puppet professionals and guest artists via an incredible 5:1 student-to-instructor ratio! The week will culminate in a sharing session for family and friends that will celebrate the campers’ unique creativity and their successful journey into the magical world of the arts.
